- Run complete company IT for ~70 users — ~20 VMs / 30 containers, networks, servers, endpoints, security and support across Windows and Linux.
- Operate the full security stack — OPNsense firewall, ESET Protect (EDR), Intune (MDM), Zentyal VPN, Veeam & Acronis backups — plus Mikrotik/OPNsense networking and Cloudflare DNS.
- Built and deployed a company-wide internal AI chatbot (OpenAI GPT + retrieval over internal data), containerized with Docker, to automate tasks and save time.
- Stood up Zabbix monitoring covering ~80% of critical processes — proactive detection instead of reactive firefighting.
- Migrated the ticketing/documentation system (Redmine 3.3 → 6.1): code upgrade, DB migration, testing and docs, with a seamless user transition.
- Built a Python/Docker REST API over SQL databases that cut a manual, error-prone process by ~99% per occurrence, and a tool unifying product names across 4 systems (50% → 100% consistency).
